Pinnacle Group Partners To Split Some Projects

Pinnacle Group Partners To Split Some Projects.
After more than six years of building a Northwest Arkansas real estate dynasty together, the controlling partners in The Pinnacle Group are splitting some of their development efforts.'The Pinnacle Group is not dissolving or going away,' said a news release Friday from the group. The four principal partners of The Pinnacle Group have managed independent and joint projects over the years, but the restructuring will mean the formation of two separate development entities. Some development projects may still be done collaboratively as well, the release states. The restructuring will allow Tim Graham and Johnelle Hunt, wife of deceased trucking magnate J.B. Hunt, to keep The Pinnacle Group name for their development company. Bill Schwyhart and Robert Thornton, two other principal partners, will form a new development company in a few months. The Pinnacle Hills area on the west side of the city along Interstate 540 will continue to be developed by the group, with different partners developing assigned portions of it.'Pinnacle Hills has been invaluable to the overall economic development of, not only Rogers, but Northwest Arkansas,' said Raymond Burns, President and CEO of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce.
